Junior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visual content for digital and print media, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and website assets, ensuring basic typography and layout design principles are applied effectively.
Utilize expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create high-quality graphics and illustrations that effectively communicate key messages and concepts.
Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects, with proficiency in utilizing Creative Cloud applications for this purpose.
Produce and edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, incorporating visual effects and animations as needed to enhance the storytelling and engagement of the content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations and fluctuating workloads, maintaining focus and composure while delivering exceptional design work.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
Proficiency in basic typography and layout design principles, with the ability to apply them effectively in design projects.
Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to create and manipulate visual content.
Demonstrated expertise in editing videos with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a strong understanding of visual effects and animation techniques.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and design quality.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Resilience and adaptability to high-pressure situations and fluctuating workloads, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Prior experience in a design role or internship is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant skills and experiences are encouraged to apply.
