Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, professional, and engaging visual content that strengthens the company’s brand identity and supports its marketing, sales, digital, and corporate communication objectives.
The role will work within the Marketing team and will work closely with the other departments to develop creative materials for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, brochures, advertisements, events, exhibitions, product promotions, project showcases, and internal communications, while ensuring consistency with the company’s brand guidelines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -1.Graphic Design & Creative Development
Design creative and visually engaging marketing materials aligned with business and brand requirements.
Develop artwork for brochures, catalogues, flyers, advertisements, banners, posters, invitations, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
Create professional corporate presentations, company profiles, proposals, and other business communication materials.
Convert marketing concepts and briefs into effective visual communication.
Develop creative concepts and visual themes for campaigns, product launches, events, and other initiatives.
Ensure designs are accurate, professional, visually appealing, and appropriate for the intended audience.

2.Digital & Social Media Creatives
Design creative assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, thumbnails, campaign artwork, and other digital content.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to develop creatives for paid advertising and lead-generation campaigns.
Adapt creative content into different formats and dimensions required by various digital platforms.
Support the development of website banners, landing-page graphics, email campaigns, and other digital assets.

3.Branding & Corporate Identity
Ensure consistent implementation of the company’s brand guidelines across all communication materials.
Maintain consistency in the use of logos, fonts, layouts, imagery, and overall visual identity.
Support the development and enhancement of brand guidelines and visual standards.
Review materials produced internally or externally to ensure compliance with brand requirements.
Maintain an organized library of approved logos, templates, photographs, artwork, and other brand assets.

4.Video & Multimedia Content
Support the creation and editing of short-form videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms.
Edit project videos, event highlights, employee content, product demonstrations, and promotional videos.
Create simple animations and motion graphics where required.
Optimize video and multimedia content for different social media and digital channels.
Coordinate photography and videography requirements for projects, events, products, and corporate activities when required.

5.Marketing & Sales Support
Develop product and service brochures, technical marketing materials, project case studies, and customer presentations.
Support Sales and Business Development teams with professionally designed presentations and marketing collateral.
Design templates for proposals, presentations, reports, and other frequently used corporate documents.
Create visual materials to support new product launches and business initiatives.
Work with technical and commercial teams to convert complex information into simple and visually engaging communication.

6.Events & Exhibitions
Develop creative concepts and artwork for exhibitions, conferences, customer events, and corporate functions.
Design exhibition stands, backdrops, roll-ups, banners, digital screens, invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with printing companies, exhibition contractors, and other external suppliers for production requirements.
Ensure artwork specifications, dimensions, resolution, and production quality meet required standards.
Conduct final artwork checks before materials are released for printing or production.

7.Print & Production Management
Prepare print-ready artwork according to vendor and production specifications.
Coordinate with printers and suppliers regarding materials, dimensions, finishes, and production requirements.
Review proofs and samples before final production.
Ensure accuracy of content, spelling, branding, dimensions, and specifications before artwork approval.
Maintain organized source files and final artwork for future use.

8.Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Projects, Engineering, HR, and other departments to understand their creative requirements.
Obtain appropriate content, photographs, technical information, and approvals from relevant stakeholders.
Manage multiple design requests while ensuring agreed timelines and priorities are maintained.
Coordinate with external creative agencies, photographers, videographers, printers, and other vendors where required.
