Job Description:

Create and refine pastry menus inspired by Japanese flavors and techniques, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Oversee the production of pastries, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and presentation aesthetics.
Execute traditional baking techniques, including dough preparation, shaping, and decorating, to craft visually stunning and delicious pastries.
Implement strict quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of taste, texture, and freshness in pastries.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate pastry production, fulfill customer orders, and enhance the café's overall dining experience

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in the similar role
Can make Japanese inspired pastry items or desserts
