We are a leading Real Estate Company in UAE and looking for Experienced Real Estate professionals for our Dubai office.

Must
Good English communication (Other language will be added value)
Must be in currently residents of Dubai

Responsibilities
Stage and show living spaces
Advertise and market living spaces
Finds and reaches out to new prospects
Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client

Qualifications
1 years' of sales experience or similar Dubai Real Estate Market
Communications and networking skills
Dubai Market Knowledge
Willing to grow within the company in the long-term run
The ability to come up with new alternatives plans based on the market changes
Update knowledge on Dubai real estate
Knowledgeable of the Dubai Law’s
Dubai drivers License and car is a must
Proven track of successful sales record is a must
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
We do pay a basic salary in case you reach to your monthly targets
Brokers are welcome from all nationalities
Real estate agent’s or broker’s license is a must
A self-motivated and ambitious real estate professional
