Recruitment Officer Required in Dubai - Dubai

As a Recruitment Officer, HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE IS AN ADVANTAGE, your main responsibility will be as follows.

Duties And Responsibilities

Screening resumes: You will review resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Conducting interviews: You will conduct interviews with job candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and fit for the position.
Negotiating job offers: You will negotiate job offers with job candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Maintaining recruitment records: You will maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including resumes, interview notes, and other relevant information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant.
Must have at least 3 years of work experience as a Recruitment Officer (experience in healthcare is mandatory).
Organized and can work with minimum supervision.
Must have negotiation skills.
Has great time management skills and can multi-task.
Responsible and can handle work pressure.
Good communication skills.
