Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at Absolute Barbecue located in Dubai. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a team
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Food & Beverage knowledge and experience in the restaurant industry
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example and prioritize tasks effectivly.
2+years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred but not required.
