Sales Coordinator Required in Dubai - Dubai

Someone who is energetic, resourceful, flexible, result oriented and have a “can do” attitude with Innovative mindset. Well versed in bid/tender preparation and familiar with formats of various end users in the Middle East. Experience with bid submission in the Ariba portal. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English language and can work in a global collaborative cross-functional environment in a multi-cultural team. Experience in preparing proposals for Electrical/explosion proof products including Ex certified Junction boxes, Control stations, Distribution boards, Light fixtures & Cable glands and capable of handling electrical bulk package for Oil & Gas EPC.

Some of the Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following:

Responding and coordinating incoming sales enquiries efficiently ( incoming via calls / email ).
Formulates competitive bids/estimates/quotations, taking into account the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual RFQ.
Ensures tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with the appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.
Responsible for collecting and collating all information needed to prepare the proposal, including both technical and cost elements.
Regularly reports the status of the bids/estimates/ quotations using defined tools and collects and analyses the reasons for bids being lost and won.
Provides any necessary technical support to Sales Managers during technical meetings with customers.
Identifies potential vendors for products required in the project and technically evaluates supplier offers to check match with specifications.
Prepare quotations in line with customer specifications, factory inputs and directions of sales team.
Coordinating with SCM Team on expediting sales orders to meet client / business needs : This involves managing the day to day order handling responsibilities and working with inside sales team as well as logistics to ensure planned orders are delivered invoiced to the satisfaction of the customer.
Using Power BI,generate and report weekly sales conversion, anticipated orders, and quotation status will be in charge of making sure the PowerBI data is accurate.
Keep track of customer orders , delivery timeline and customer account information.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints/ warranty claims.
Promotion of Proserv products to new and existing clients through pro-active approach.
Comply with all applicable company directives, policies and procedures.
Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve processes or services to improve on customer experience.

Qualifications

Education

Degree/Diploma – Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or similar.

Experience

Preferred

3 to 5 years’ experience in internal sales role with a reputed Electrical distributor / Hazardous area solution providers in middle east market is ideal.
Candidates with suitable expertise in an estimating capacity with switchgear/panel assemblers or electrical contractors (MEP/ Electrical) will be evaluated as well.
Familiarity with oilfield contracts, procurement methods & terminology as well as working knowledge of electrical contracting, bulk material requirements is ideal.
A solid functional understanding of Microsoft Excel/estimation software/ and ERP is necessary.
Previous experience working with clients like Adnoc, Utilities or EPC contractors is advantageous.
Experience in preparing proposals for explosion proof products including Ex certified Junction boxes, Control stations, Distribution boards, Light fixtures & Cable glands and handling electrical bulk package for Oil & Gas EPC is advantageous.
