Job Title: School Bus Driver

Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and safety-conscious individuals to join our school transportation team as School Bus Drivers. The School Bus Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school and related events.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a school bus following designated routes and schedules
Ensure the safety of students during boarding, transportation, and disembarking
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus
Enforce safety and behavior rules among students on the bus
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
Follow traffic laws and adhere to all safety regulations
Assist with the loading and unloading of students with special needs
Keep the bus clean and report any maintenance issues
Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement
Clean driving record and demonstrated safe driving skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage student behavior and maintain a safe environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a school bus driver is a plus
