Sommelier Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities:

Assist the Sommelier Team in all tasks.
Assist guests with wine selections in a helpful, thoughtful, and gracious manner.
Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware.
Inform guests of the variety of wines available.
Store open bottles properly to maintain taste.
Train FOH team members on available wines in the absence of Assistant Head Sommelier or Head Sommelier.
Comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Degree in Hospitality
Proven experience as a Sommelier or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Minimum 2 years operational experience
Proficient in inventory management and financial analysis.
