Potential Opportunity: The temporary assignment may be considered for a permanent teaching position based on school requirements, availability of vacancies, performance, qualifications, and management approval.

Job Purpose
Elite Private School LLC is seeking a committed and flexible Substitute Teacher to provide temporary teaching support and ensure continuity of students’ learning during the absence or temporary shortage of regular teaching staff.

The successful candidate will initially be appointed for a one-month temporary period and will be expected to adapt quickly to the School's academic environment, curriculum, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver lessons according to the lesson plans, curriculum requirements, and instructions provided by the School.
Ensure continuity of teaching and learning during the absence of the regular teacher.
Prepare lessons and learning activities where required.
Maintain a safe, positive, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment.
Monitor student engagement, behaviour, attendance, and academic progress.
Assess students' classwork, homework, and other assigned activities where required.
Provide appropriate feedback and support to students.
Follow the School's curriculum, assessment, safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, and academic policies.
Coordinate closely with Subject Leads, Heads of Department, Section Heads, and SLT.
Maintain accurate student and academic records as required.
Support supervision duties, assemblies, break duties, dismissal, school activities, and other assigned responsibilities.
Maintain confidentiality regarding students, parents, staff, and School information.
Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, flexibility, and appropriate professional conduct at all times.
Undertake any other reasonable teaching or school-related duties assigned by the School during the temporary appointment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
Recognized teaching qualification preferred.
Previous teaching experience in a school environment is preferred.
Experience with the relevant curriculum/grade level will be an advantage.
Good classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to join immediately and work effectively with minimal transition time.
Must meet applicable ADEK and UAE regulatory requirements for the position.
Temporary Appointment & Potential Permanent Position
This position is initially offered as a temporary appointment for one month.

Based on the candidate's performance during the temporary assignment, suitability for the role, availability of a suitable vacancy, regulatory eligibility, and the School's staffing requirements, the candidate may be considered for a permanent position with Elite Private School LLC.

Completion of the temporary assignment does not guarantee permanent employment, and any permanent appointment will be subject to a separate offer, employment contract, required approvals, and School management approval.
