Job Responsibilities:

Craft and maintain a prepared learning environment, incorporating theme-based lesson plans that stimulate curiosity and engagement among children.
Facilitate hands-on learning experiences and introduce Montessori-inspired activities to bring about a genuine love for exploration and knowledge acquisition.
Tailor teaching methods to provide individualized education, ensuring a personalized and effective learning experience.
Observe and assess individual child development, employing keen insights to adapt teaching strategies and meet the diverse needs of each student.
Prepare monthly observation reports, facilitating regular and meaningful parent-teacher meetings for insightful discussions and collaboration.
Demonstrate unwavering commitment to health and safety protocols.
Collaborate with parents, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and addressing unique child needs, and promptly integrating feedback into the teaching approach.

Education & other requirements:

Minimum of CACHE Level 3 / Montessori Diploma or bachelor’s in early childhood studies or a similar field.
2 years of relevant experience is required.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Creativity is an important skill.
Fluency in English is a must. Arabic is preferred.
