Position: Telecaller
Employment Status: Entry level

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the products/services.
- Introduce our company and offerings to prospects and provide them with relevant information.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and address their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Generate leads and follow up on warm leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Can speak Arabic is a must.
