Front Desk Receptionist Required in Dubai

Deluxe Holiday Homes is looking for a highly motivated and experienced English and Arabic speaker Front Desk Receptionist with a valid UAE Driving License to join our newly established Fujairah branch (located in Sharm neighborhood).

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests and will manage all aspects of their accommodation experience. This role demands a proactive individual who can multitask, handle guest queries efficiently, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Process reservations over the phone, via email, or in-person.
Ensure that all reservations have accurate and detailed information.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Provide accurate information about our properties, amenities, and local attractions
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, office supplies procurement, etc.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Collaborate closely with other team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken;
Must possess a valid UAE driving license;
Owning a personal vehicle is a plus;
Prior experience in a similar role;
Possesses excellent communication skills;
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays, as required;
