Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented VIE to join our VM team as Accountant. The successful candidate will support the accounting operations of the team.

Responsibilities

Organize accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice verification, data entry, and reconciliation.
Support the month-end and year-end closing activities, such as preparing journal entries and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
Prepare monthly comparisons of forecasted and actual budgets during the closing period
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining accounting records.
Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices to enhance professional development

Profile

VIE eligibility:
Between 18 and 28 (included) years old
European Economic Area Nationals
Strong accounting knowledge
Good Excel skills
Knowledge of ERP
Rigor and organization
Adaptability and teamwork spirit
