As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be instrumental in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are looking for an individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service, contributing directly to the growth and reputation of our F&B division.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon their arrival.
Present menus and provide detailed information on our food and beverage offerings, making recommendations where appropriate.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring correct presentation.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their visit.
Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and grace.
Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised dining area, including table settings and service stations.
Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure a smooth and seamless service.
Adhere strictly to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably within a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
A strong customer-first focus with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
A professional and well-groomed appearance.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
