your primary responsibility is to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting the company's services, and achieving sales targets. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and coordinate the recruitment and staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Analyze client requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions and services.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruitment and operations, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements in line with company policies.
Monitor market conditions and provide regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements.
Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and client needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A relevant master's degree can be an added advantage.
Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the Manpower Supply and Staffing sector.
Strong knowledge of the staffing industry, including recruitment processes, labor laws, and market dynamics.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and present effectively.
Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized staffing solutions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
Result-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
