Key Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie:

Ensure quality of the food is maintained as per standards by following recipes and correct use of ingredients.
Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards.
Appropriately delegate jobs to junior chefs and apprentices and support them in their development.
Support head chef in delivering required standard of food.
Stock rotation and par stock of food ingredients is maintained.
Assisting the Sous chef in planning rotas, daily operations, and food trials and tastings.

Requirements of the Chef de Partie:

Experience managing main kitchen & banqueting operations.
Skills & knowledge about international cuisines.
Previously trained in HACCP & food safety regulations.
Experience working in the UAE.
Strong communication skills
