Courier Dispatcher Required in Dubai

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the daily assignment of couriers to expedite delivery of packages
Handle all incoming and outbound communication, such as responding to questions, complaints, and acknowledgment of receipt
Monitor courier performance and scheduling times in order to maximize efficiency
Resolve issues between couriers, customers, and operations when necessary
Schedule shipments as required by the customer using the optimum time and route
Monitor changes in delivery scheduling and inform key personnel
Follow up with couriers to ensure proper completion of deliveries
Ensure updated data is communicated to other departments to ensure seamless communication
Generate timely, accurate, and organized reports on delivery activity
Initiate improvement processes to maximize customer satisfaction and efficiency
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technology in the delivery industry

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Courier Dispatcher or similar role
Knowledge of the local and regional delivery areas
Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and remain productive in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and problem-solving attitude
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Disciplined use of MS Office tools and other tracking systems
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
