Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

Socialeyez is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Graphic Designer (Arabic Speaker) with strong experience in 360° campaigns, with a strong focus on social media.

Please note that this role requires you to work from one of our client's offices in Dubai, so you should be comfortable with an on-site working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality visual assets for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other digital channels.
Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Create engaging static and animated content, including posts, stories, reels, carousels, banners, and digital advertisements.
Produce 360° campaign assets across digital, social media, print, and other marketing touchpoints.
Prepare artwork for production and ensure all deliverables meet brand and technical specifications.
Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, account managers, and content creators to bring creative concepts to life.
Maintain visual consistency across all client brands and campaigns.
Stay up to date with design trends, typography, color theory, and social media best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Support brainstorming sessions by contributing innovative visual concepts and creative ideas.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
4+ years of graphic design experience in a creative or digital agency
Proven experience working on 360° campaigns, with a strong focus on social media
Strong portfolio showcasing social media, motion graphics, and video editing work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro)
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital best practices
Excellent visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
