Responsibilities & Duties:

Generate photo/video content for diverse marketing channels
Conduct photoshoots for brand products and corporate events
Expertly edit RAW images using Photoshop or Lightroom
Ability to work in varied locations, adapting to on-site and off-site demands
Collaborate effectively with creative team members
Report to Marketing Director / Marketing Manager and adhere to brand standards
Conceptualize and visualize production scripts and briefs
Execute high-quality photo and video shoots as per brief specifications
Utilize Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and After Effects for editing
Possess a robust understanding of visual effects and animation
Support marketing initiatives through graphic design expertise
Manage and archive media efficiently

Educational Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, or related discipline
A compelling portfolio demonstrating a history of high-quality visual work

Working Experience & Skills:

3-6 years of relevant experience in Brochure Design, Photography, Videography, and Editing
Experience in Real Estate or Architectural photography/videography is a plus
A keen eye for detail with a talent for capturing the right angles
Creative aptitude for generating engaging social media content
Proficient in camera operation and the production process
Tech-savvy with an in-depth knowledge of video production tools and software
Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Lightroom, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator
A storyteller with a creative vision for content creation
Familiarity with safety protocols in production environments
Exceptional attention to detail and creative vision
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
Resilience under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
A team player with a flexible approach to work challenges
Proactive in managing uncertainties and anticipating needs
