Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for a Head Chef at All day cafe. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. You will ensure that all food is cooked to perfection and meets the restaurant's quality standards, that all kitchen equipment is maintained, and that the kitchen stays clean and organized. You will work closely with other chefs and front-of-house staff to create and update the restaurant's menu and to provide customers with an excellent dining experience.
Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in culinary management, with a proven track record of success
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management
Strong experience in menu development, food costing, and inventory management
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members at all levels of the organization
Dedication to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment
Culinary degree or equivalent experience and education
