Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Hostess role located in Dubai. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, providing them with menus, and escorting them to their tables. Additionally, they will answer the phone, make reservations, and assist the team in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hostess, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage guests in meaningful conversation.
Outstanding customer service and problem solving abilities.
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate basic POS systems.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a desire to work as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.
High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
