Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef at Brass Monkey in Dubai. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation. They will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality dishes and efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Creativity and passion for food
Dedication to maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
