Restaurant Manager Required in Dubai

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, hiring new staff and ensuring food & beverage quality is up to standards.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Food & Beverage knowledge and experience
Experience in managing a restaurant team
Capability to hire, train and develop team members
Ability to handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring great customer satisfaction
Experience working in a fine-dining restaurant is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
