Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design and the ability to translate requirements into stunning visuals. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of graphics and layouts, including websites, social media posts, marketing materials, and more. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Create visual content for digital and print platforms (e.g., social media graphics, brochures, logos, website designs, presentations, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop design concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
Design layouts, graphics, and templates for use across various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand image and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and graphics for use in various media.
Prepare and present drafts for feedback and ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
Review final designs for errors before printing or publishing.
Assist in the development of creative strategies for campaigns, promotions, and other brand initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to take design briefs and feedback and turn them into effective visual solutions.
Experience with digital content creation, including UI/UX design, web design, and social media assets.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
Familiarity with digital marketing practices and platforms.
