Senior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent technical skills, and the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Production:

Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content for various media, including social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, and print materials.
Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project requirements and brand standards.
Work on a wide range of projects, including branding, digital and print marketing materials, product packaging, and promotional campaigns.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed.

Branding and Identity:

Ensure consistency of brand visuals and messaging across all media and platforms.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to support consistent application of brand elements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Experience with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of video production and editing.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web technologies.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Ability to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to new technologies.
