Derma Silk Clinic is an aesthetic clinic located in Beirut, Lebanon. We are seeking a plastic surgeon,dintest and a dermatologist to join our expanding team in Cairo, Egypt, as partners/co-founders.

For the Co-Founder role, we seek ambitious and driven plastic surgeons, dentists, and dermatologists from UAE to build the next generation of successful clinics during our expansion plan.

Job Responsibilities:

- Take co-founder-level responsibility for building a successful aesthetic clinic together with your co-founders in Cairo.

- Manage the clinic with full responsibility for profit, revenue, cash flow, and quality targets.

- Identify opportunities and potential areas for improvement in an entrepreneurial manner.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners (internal and external).

Qualifications:

- Strong desire to establish a clinic and maximize chances of success.

- Outstanding track record of customer satisfaction.

- Proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements.

- Ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner.

- Team-oriented and ambitious.
